My passion for immovable properties was already born during my studies at the University of Economics. During this time, modern commercial buildings began to appear, which I was lucky to deal with from the beginning of my professional career.
For more than 10 years, I worked for international immovable properties consultancies and brokers, looking for the best office and warehouse space for companies. This experience has allowed me to grow in the immovable property management industry.
In hindsight, I can confidently say that commercial immovable property management requires knowledge from various fields, such as economics, law, and knowledge of the local market. Cooperation based on openness and reliability and the building of long-term and sustainable relationships with clients are also essential. An immovable property is like a living organism that requires constant action and reaction. Our work is therefore mainly about finding solutions, and the established contacts with service, technical, and cleaning companies make this easier.
Working for one of Poland’s largest developers of warehouse space has brought me a lot of fulfilment, expanded my skills and gained new professional experience. I have been involved in the processes of acquiring facilities for management, preparing the building’s START-UP procedures, creating operating budgets, overseeing works and inspections, and have also been involved in due diligence processes for the sale of commercial immovable properties.
I have been managing warehousing and industrial spaces for 14 years. During this time, the approach to facilities management has changed. Landlords and tenants are now more aware of their rights and obligations, regulations and the need for ongoing maintenance and care of the immovable property. An individual approach to cooperation, listening and adapting activities to the needs of clients are the cornerstones of our work.
